Free beta, pre-incorporation. Vilna is an early, free beta and is not yet incorporated as a company. These terms cover free, experimental use of the website, documentation, and API. They are not a production service agreement. When we incorporate and offer paid plans, we will publish full terms naming the legal entity, and customers will sign a separate written agreement.
These terms ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Vilna's website, documentation, and API (the "Services"). By using the Services you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
Vilna is operated by its founding team. We are not yet incorporated; we will name the legal entity, its registered address, and the governing law and courts once we incorporate. You can reach us at support@vilna.io. The Services are for users aged 18 and over.
- During beta the Services are free, provided "as is" and "as available", with no service-level commitment and no guarantee of uptime, accuracy, or fitness for any purpose.
- We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time, and we may end your access at any time.
- Do not rely on the Services for production or anything critical during beta. Keep your own records.
The Services are software and blockchain-data infrastructure. We monitor public blockchains and report on-chain activity. We do not take custody or control of crypto-assets or private keys, do not hold funds, and do not initiate, sign, route, relay, broadcast, execute, move, sweep, pool, convert, exchange, or settle crypto-assets. Addresses you monitor are controlled by you, whether you provide them directly or derive them from extended public keys you provide. Payers send funds directly to your address on the blockchain; we observe that settlement, we do not carry it out.
The Services are not, and are not offered as, a custodial wallet, exchange, payment processor, payment service provider, money transmitter, electronic money service, or virtual-asset transfer or custody service. You are solely responsible for safeguarding your keys and for your own legal, regulatory, tax, and anti-money-laundering compliance.
Blockchain transactions are irreversible. We cannot reverse, cancel, refund, or recover a transaction, an address, or lost keys, and we do not guarantee the fiat value, redemption, or availability of any token.

Do not use the Services for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with or disrupt them, to attempt to gain unauthorized access, or to facilitate activity that is illegal in the jurisdiction that applies to you. You are responsible for the content and accuracy of any data you submit and for your use of the Services.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Services are provided without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, data, or funds. Because the Services are provided free of charge during beta, our total liability for any claim is limited to USD 100.
